Perfectly 90's fun and flirty mini dress - the top part is a chocolate brown velvet that is open in the back and buttons behind the neck for a fitted turtleneck. The velvet has stretch but the bottom portion does not so make sure to reference below for sizing. The bottom portion has a reflective floral design. The piece will drape to smaller sizes.
