This is such a timeless and stunning piece - it is a unique blue and from the 1950 - 1960's. The material has a little sheen to it and the dress zips up in the back. The bottom portion has a layer of tulle that really gives this that signature fit of the era. The top is very fitted and does not have stretch. After the waist to dress flares open and fits multiple hip sizes. There is matching blue appliqué detail around the neck. This doesn't have a size tag but safely is a smaller size.
