This is such a cute and fun romper. It is a really unique almost periwinkle blue. This has shorts, an elastic waistband and a tie at the top to give you a good shape. The top of the romper has rows of gold studs and large lines of rhinestones. Fun 90's western vibes for sure! It has light normal fading from age and wear but overall in good vintage condition. With the elastic waistband and tie top if can fit multiple sizes. This does have pockets.
