This is absolute perfection of the 90's witchy vibes of The Craft. It is a two piece set - a high waisted plaid skirt with a button up matching blouse. The skirt is pleated. The top buttons up in the front and has a tie in the back to cinch in waist. The sleeves and collar are matching white and it has shoulder pads that really accentuate the shape but can be removed if desired.
