This is a reversible vinyl raincoat. On one side it is navy blue and the other is a vibrant green with precious whales covering it. The jacket has silver snap buttons for closure with drawstring large hood. There are a couple few tiny holes and black scuff marks through out. Overall very good vintage condition.
