THE SLEEVES ARE SET FITTING THIS TO YOUR ARM AND ALLOWING THAT CLASSIC DOLMAN SHAPE TO HAPPEN. THERE ARE SOME PLEAT DETAILS UNDER THE EMPIRE WAISTBAND.
