IT ZIPS CLOSED IN THE BACK GIVING YOU A COLLAR. IT HAS A SLIT ON ONE SIDE AT THE BOTTOM. THIS DOES NOT HAVE STRETCH SO PLEASE NOTE BELOW FOR SIZING.
