This is unique formal Y2K prom. It is a super silky soft black material with a stunning metallic pink rose pattern down the center and peppered with shiny rhinestones. The top has boning that give you a fitted top and a full bottom. This has three linings - the bottom is the silky black, the middle is black tulle that adds volume, and then another black layer with the roses on top.
