Vintage Formal 90's 'Lillie Rubin' Designer Rhinestone Chocker Silver Beaded Black Dress

This is such an insanely gorgeous dress by the infamous Lillie Rubin. The black lining is 100% silk and is adorned with shiny metallic silver tube beading. The best part has to be the chocker neckline that attaches to the t strap that runs all the way down your back. It zips up on the side with a closure on the neck to tighten to the chocker. For all the detailing in this dress it is in great vintage condition but does have a couple blemishes - there are some spots where the beading is missing and shows as a black area. They are on the side by the zipper for the most part but a small bit else where. You could most likely get this fixed if you wanted to. Note photos to see this I am selling as is.
