Vintage 1940's English Crest Pattern Blue Peplum Blouse

This is such a classic 1940's blouse with a pefect peplum flare from the cinches waist. This is a deep blue with grey tones and a fun pattern. I believe they are crests of some sort that seem to be English to me. This is just my take on it however. It buttons up the front with a fitted waist and more dolman sleeve. Note below for sizing it is in good condition.
