Wow, I love this unique signature style from the 60's. It is a fitted black dress that zips up in the back with a dramatic black full puffy peplum. There is a vibrant rose detail at the waist. This is such a rare statement piece. It is in great vintage condition. There is some fading of the black on the shoulder but nothing too crazy. I am selling as is.
