This is such a timeless and flattering wedding dress With the pointed sleeve detail at the wrist and the side zip I would date this around 30's to 40' but easily could up the the 1950's. This style is so elegant it has been used over many decades. This has a delicate lace neckline and collar with faux buttons down the bust. As I mentioned it zips up on the side to really cinch up your midriff and define your waist. The pointed sleeve on the wrist has to be my favorite detail. The skirt itself is full with a wonderful sheen and has great movement. It you wanted a fuller bottom you can definitely add some tulle under with a petticoat for that princess feel. It is in great condition for it's age but I always recommend getting pieces of this age dry cleaned. I believe there is one buttons missing in the front that should be an easy fix and a very small brownish spot near the collar. This is safely a smaller size but please note below for measurements. This does not have stretch.
