This is such a gorgeous mint green 70's dress. It is covered in a very stretchy pleating. The top is a matching green lace that is ultra high and ruffled at the neck. The top is almost like a sheer cape sleeve that is so romantic. This zips up in the back in is in good vintage condition. Note below for sizing.
