This is stunning and rare ultra soft wine velvet dress from the 1940's to possibly earlier. The detailing on the shoulders continues all the way down the sleeve. The bust is accentuated with v shape lines. The attached waist belt is adjustable and cinches to your shape. The bottom portion drapes to your shape but has so much flare and volume if you are spinning or posing. There is the signature side zippier of the era and a short upper neck zipper for easy on and off over your well down hair. There are no tags or flaws to report. This really is so stunning.
